El DLC 'Desafío Ruta 40 Rally' para 'Dakar 18' es parte de los eventos de la 'Dakar Series'.
Este DLC añadirá más de 12.000 km2 al mundo abierto existente. Incluye 5 nuevas etapas con las respectivas áreas y Hojas de Ruta Oficiales.
También incluye un homenaje al gran piloto Mathias Bellino (equipo de Honda) que, lamentablemente, resultó herido durante el evento.
