伊苏 I & II 700年前，在古代伊苏王国突然发生了魔物入侵事件。女神与6神官为避免浩劫，借助《黑珍珠》之力让萨尔蒙神殿浮上天空。
魔物们则建起直上神殿的《塔》，由此神殿再次面临毁灭性危机。
而此时，伊苏的双子女神—蕾雅与菲娜也悄然失踪。
而你是否能够用剑术与魔法，在古代伊苏救出女神并消灭邪恶呢？
