BUDは母星を救うため、巨大な植物の種を収穫する任務につくロボット。ちょっとおかしな動植物たちが生息する浮島の美しい世界で、巨大な植物を上へ上へと育て、独自の能力で登っていこう。落ちないように気を付けて！
登る：BUDの腕を器用に動かすことで、自由で独特な”木登り”体験ができる。
育てる：巨大な植物を自由に育てて、空中に自分だけの植物の道を創造しよう。用途はさまざま。ある時は橋に、ある時は命綱に、そしてある時は目的も無くただ芸術的に育てることだってできる。
調査：BUDの性能をアップさせるクリスタルを探しながら、この世界を隅々まで調査しよう。出くわす不思議な植物の変わった特性も役に立つはず。
